Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or otherwise use lizt. By using lizt, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

• lizt is invite-only during this stage of the product: you need an invite from an existing user, or admin approval, to sign up.
• You sign in with a one-time passcode sent to your email — keep access to that email address secure, since it's how we verify it's you.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to use lizt to:

• Upload content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or access other users' accounts or lists without permission.
• Use the AI chat assistant to generate content that violates these terms.

You own the lists, items, comments, and images you create in lizt. You're responsible for what you upload. We store and process your content only to provide the app's features to you (and to anyone you explicitly share a list with).

lizt is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we're not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable steps to prevent it (e.g. soft-deletes before permanent removal).

We may update lizt's features and these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the “last updated” date above.
