lizt works with AI assistants that support MCP, such as ChatGPT and Claude. You connect it with lizt's MCP URL and approve the connection on lizt; there are no keys to create by hand. The MCP guide has the steps for each assistant and what you can ask.

• In lizt, go to Settings → Connections → Connected apps and tap “Disconnect” next to ChatGPT, Claude or any other assistant. It loses access immediately.
• To block every connection at once, turn off “Enable MCP access” in the same section.
• You can also remove lizt from the assistant itself (in ChatGPT or Claude, in their apps or connectors settings); that doesn't delete anything in lizt.
